Key Responsibilities:

Experience and Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, and a master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an advantage. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, is essential.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management principles, and best practices is required. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to report findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

The candidate must also possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) will be a distinct advantage in securing the role.
