We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients by offering personalized banking services that meet their financial needs. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for clients to achieve their financial goals.

You will work closely with clients to assess their financial situation, offer appropriate banking solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. The role involves maintaining long-term client relationships and growing the bank’s business by actively promoting and cross-selling products and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs

  • Identify and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and savings accounts

  • Actively cross-sell products to meet client needs and achieve sales targets

  • Provide personalized financial advice to clients based on their goals and circumstances

  • Monitor client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction

  • Resolve any banking-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally

  • Work with senior management to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience

Experience and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. At least 2-3 years of experience in banking, customer service, or financial sales is preferred. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. A proven track record in sales and meeting targets is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about banking products and services and have the ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs.

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. Fluency in local languages and English is required. Previous experience in relationship management or sales within the financial services industry will be a significant advantage.
